Assignments

At the Faculty of Physics I serve in several management roles. 

• Director of Studies – Physics Directorate of Studies (field of responsibility: MSc Computational Science)
  As Director of Studies I am leading a team of Vice-Directors of Studies and the team of the Study Service Center. Together with this teams I coordinate all organizational processes in study and teaching (teaching and examination schedules, quality assurance, student advising), I indicate and oversee the development of curricula as well as the improvement of study and teaching in accordance with the strategic goals oft he University.

• Deputy Group Speaker – Computational Materials Physics
  As deputy leader of the Computational Materials Physics group, I support the group leader in recruitment, resources allocation, the strategic research planning, mentoring of group members, and support grant development.

• Safety representatives - Computational Materials Physics
  As the faculty’s safety representative, I foster a proactive safety culture through training, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and emergency preparedness.

• Diversity Competence
  I promote inclusive practices based on agreed standards for respectful conduct in teaching, recruitment, and supervision. I contribute to governance and strategic planning through committee service and transparent communication in accordance with inclusive practices.
