With bravura and competence Kerstin Hummer introduced the faculty of physics to the concepts of digital teaching and tried to find the best possible solutions for all through intensive communication. The focus was always on joint crisis management based on her friendly and motivating leadership style. Her prudent and empathetic approach to the employees of the deanery was exemplary. She implemented changes that became necessary at short notice in a way that was comprehensible to all involved.

Due to the numerous experimental practical courses that had to be carried out on site, the callenge in the physics program was particularly great. Due to the personal commitment of Kerstin Hummer in these practical courses the teaching obligations of the Faculty of Physics could be fulfilled.
